Thanks for the great video. One little hint for the other viewers: You have to take a close look at where he put the dollar signs ($). If you leave them out the cell dragging won't work how you want it to. I had to learn the hard way

Hi, David. This spreadsheet will be an extremely useful template for me. However, I have a question. Starting at 5:49 in the video, cell E9 (actual spend of budget item #2, March 2023) is formatted red (showing spending over budget), but the budgeted amount is $7, and the spend is $6. So, I'm confused. Is there a formula problem or a conditional formatting problem?

THIS VIDEO right here is the reason I passed my PMP with AT in all 3 categories yesterday. Dave - I cant thank you enough!! As everyone else who cleared the exam said, I could hear Dave's voice while reading the Q&As lol. For anyone preparing for the exam, I prepared for the exam in 2 weeks total- watched this video twice (at 2x speed) and the 100 waterfall Q&As by Dave(at 2x speed) I did the Andrew Ramdayal course at Udemy at well but didn't find that very useful. I didn't get a single exam where any mathematical calculation or formula was involved.

I have passed my PMP exam today (26th June-2024)..I went through your videos on Agile 200, Waterfall 100 and Scenario based 150..Which helped me a lot to practice and clear most of my concept..Like the best is to guess the answer..then understand your explanation and reasoning behind selection or elimination and then at end of each question ref to PMBOK..You are an outstanding teacher🙂

I took Andrew R. 's class on udemy and I swear I am not even kidding when I say this video alone is a thousand times better than his course.

@David - Two questions regarding 150 PMBOK 7 Scenario-Based video. 1) Who developed the questions you are using? (Are they actual PMP questions or developed to be similar?) and 2) Are you giving yourself the estimated 70 seconds to answer the question? I see a clock pop up occasionally and wondered if that signified how much time you should allot to a similar question on the actual exam.

That was cool. I also added an Assignee: column to the backlog tab, and as part of the automatic update to the Kanban cards - the Assignee field also puts the name in for whomever is assigned the task.
